The subsidy is divided into two categories, maternity subsidy and childcare subsidy, which are in the form of one-time cash payments.
补贴分为生育补贴和育儿补贴两类，采取一次性现金支付的形式。
For the maternity subsidy, couples will be given a one-time subsidy of 2,000 yuan for birth of two children,
对于生育补贴，夫妻生育两个孩子将获得一次性补贴2000元，
and a one-time subsidy of 5,000 yuan for birth of three children.
生育三个孩子将获得一次性补助5000元。
Births of multiple children are counted separately according to the sequence of the children.
多个孩子出生按照孩子的出生顺序分开统计。
For the childcare subsidy, families with two children will be given a one-time subsidy of 5,000 yuan,

while families with three children will be given a one-time subsidy of 20,000 yuan.

These measures will come into force on September 10, 2023.
