主要食材:
黄豆芽,中粗粉条,猪里脊肉,韭菜,葱姜,食用油,盐,鸡精,生抽,香油,淀粉,料酒,小米椒,清水
具体步骤
1、黄豆芽用清水洗净,捞出来沥水备用
2、新鲜里脊肉切丝,倒入生抽,料酒,生粉,搅拌均匀,腌制10分钟
3、粉条下锅煮熟,捞出沥干水
4、坐锅,倒入食用油,至六成热,把腌制好的里脊倒入锅中滑油炒熟,盛盘备用
5、锅内倒入食用油,下葱姜煸炒出香味,倒入豆芽翻炒
6、倒入粉条,加入盐,生抽翻炒,至黄豆芽断生,加入炒好的肉丝,韭菜段,小米椒段,翻炒断生,出锅前淋上香油,关火盛盘。
